Hi! I'm a former professional dancer, now working worldwide as a movement specialist, Pilates trainer, and ballet coach. I believe passionately in helping people become healthy, strong humans first and amazing dancers second. For the full bio and resume, click HERE to learn more!

I train mostly pre-professional and professional dancers, though I do work with other artistic athletes such as ice skaters and gymnasts as well. I have expertise in pre- and post-surgery recovery, working with hypermobility disorders such as EDS, and working with neurodivergent dancers.

I am located in Dallas, Texas, but work worldwide both virtually and in-person. I do in person private sessions, online private training sessions, and I travel to teach for companies and studios all over the world. I also guest lecture and teach for larger groups both in-person and online, and create bespoke multi-day courses for clients who want to come work with me locally in Dallas. I am confident we can find the right fit for you, just give me a minute to calculate time zone differences!

Private sessions with me start at $120/55 minutes, whether we're in person or online.
